About Us

Kanab Photo is a family owned and operated business. Our family roots are from Southern Utah and our little family started in nearby St George, Utah. We found ourselves day-tripping and exploring the Kanab area every chance we could. We decided to move here in 2015 and finally made it happen in early 2019.

Saunders has been a photographer for over 20 years and he studied film and photography in school. He has a passion for teaching others and showing all the amazing possibilities that a a simple camera has to offer. His specialty is night and low-light photography, but enjoys the challenge of getting to the right place at the right time to create a stunning landscape image. He has been a guide in Kanab since 2019.
